The room was spacious, clean, wonderfully sized bathroom, and TV came with a lot of channels. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful at all times, and there was always someone at reception 24/7. We chose to stay here because it was the cheapest accommodation during the Christmas and NYE period to try and save money while we went back and forth to Manhattan, and it exceeded our expectations completely.

The trip I made was very last minute and was still affordable in the time I had to make a decision about where to stay to visit NYC and my sister who currently lives in Astoria; the staff were always nice whenever I had to ask them for assistance. The desk always had someone there, and they were always able to help. They even had an info sheet on which buses go to NYC Room was in very good condition upon my arrival!

The staff was courteous from the moment we arrived until the second we departed. This was our second stay at this establishment. The parking garage is a valuable asset, and the hotel amenities are excellent. Although we didn't have breakfast this time, we are confident it was as enjoyable as on our previous visits.

Great location, very close to MetLife. The breakfast is not free but it is delicious and worth buying. They sell beer, wine and non alcoholic drinks on site. Beds were very comfortable. If you look just right you can see NYC skyline from your window. Has garage parking for free.

All staffs were very friendly , polite and helpful. The rooms and toilet was properly cleaned. Breakfast was very good. Ideal location to stay for watching concert at Metlife stadium. Special thanks to Brandon and others in front desk who made our weekend stay ( family) so comfortable. Five star to Hilton Garden Inn. Highly recommended.

Good breakfast that was cooked to order. Rooms was clean and spacious. Check in was easy, as was checkout. Woudld stay there again if in area.

We liked the large room. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was excellent and the sr ice was extremely good. The woman who took care of us was extremely helpful, patient and accommodating. (There were so many of us that we sat at the longest table in the house. )
